Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute (N.C.G.S) §143-318.12(b)(2), the City Council of the City of Albemarle is hereby notifying the public that it will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the E.E. Waddell Center located at 621 Wall St.
