Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on June 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM Public Housing Department to solicit public comment on various agency planning documents for the City of Albemarle Department of Public Housing. The plans being reviewed are required to be prepared and presented for public comment by the U. S. Department of HUD under various programs. The Public Housing Department is seeking public comment on the following plans:
FY2025 – FY2029 Five-Year Agency Plan FY2025 Annual Agency Plan
FY2025 – FY2029 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Plan FY2025 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement
The above plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Public Housing Department’s Central Office located at:
300 South Bell Avenue Albemarle, North Carolina 28001
