City of Albemarle Accepting Nominations for Parade Grand Marshal
ALBEMARLE, NC – The City of Albemarle is accepting nominations for the role of Grand Marshal of the Albemarle Christmas Parade happening Saturday, December 13 at 4pm.
Members of the community may nominate a deserving individual, organization, or family by Thursday, November 13. The rules for the nomination process are as follows:
· Nominee shall reside in the City of Albemarle.
· Nominee must be in good standing in the community.
· Nominee should be person, organization, or family that has displayed outstanding service, support, and commitment to the community, county, state, and/or country.
Nominations may also be submitted by completing a form available at the following locations: Customer Service area at Albemarle City Hall, Niven Community Center, and EE Waddell Community Center.
