POLICE INVESTIGATION 2/10/26 - 4:14 p.m.

 

Albemarle Police are actively searching for a suspect wanted for a bank robbery. At approximately, 3:13 p.m., APD was called to the First Citizens Bank located in the 300 block of North 1st St in Albemarle.

 

The suspect demanded money, claimed to have a weapon, but did not show it.

 

The suspect fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount money.
