Notice of Public Hearing

Notice Date: May 19, 2026

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the City of Albemarle Department of Public Housing to solicit public comment on various agency planning documents for the City of Albemarle Department of Public Housing. The plans being reviewed are required to be prepared and presented for public comment by the U. S. Department of HUD under various programs.

The Department is seeking public comments on the following plans:

FY2026 – FY2030 Five-Year Agency Plan 
FY2026 Annual Agency Plan
FY2026 – FY2030 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Plan 
FY2026 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement

The above plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Department’s Central Office located at:

300 South Bell Avenue, Albemarle, North Carolina 28001

Comments may be submitted in person at the Public Hearing or in writing to the above address. Written
comments will be received up to and through the Public Hearing.
