The Revenue/Collections Division provides centralized collection services to the city. We accept and record utility payments, public housing rent payments, landfill account payments, and all other revenue that comes to the city. We also pursue collection of debts to the city.
Our primary task is accepting utility payments. Payments may be made in our office, our drop box, by bank draft, and by credit card online or by phone.
To set up a bank draft, visit our Customer Service Department, call 704-984-9615, or contact them by email.
To pay by phone, please have your account number ready and call 1-844-203-8267. This is a toll-free number, and there is no extra charge to pay by phone.
To pay online, visit our Home page and click "Pay Your Bills & Manage Your Account." There is no extra charge to pay online.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
