When paying a past due balance, please call Customer Service for total amount due to avoid disconnection or for a re-connection of service. You can reach Customer Service during normal business hours at 704-984-9615.It is the customers responsibility to notify Customer Service when a payment has been made on a past due balance.
Credit card use is limited to a payment of $2000 per transaction.
Payments made after 5:00pm will be processed on the next business day.
No connections or disconnections will occur on weekends, holidays, or after 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Please call 704-984-9615 if you have any questions.
To avoid duplicate payments, do not close this window or click the back button on your web browser while your payment is processing.
Pay by phone - Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
You can also pay using our IVR system. Please call in to 1-844-203-8267 and the voice-response system will ask for your account number, it will confirm you service address, and provide the amount due on the account. You can then enter your debit card or credit card information and make a payment.
